Refund policy
Madori Market does not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, size, or color, or any other personal reason.
Please inspect the condition of your order as soon as possible after it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, incorrectly delivered, missing, or different from the product description, please contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your request is approved, we will provide you individually with instructions on how to return the item and the return shipping address. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a problem with the product, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns due to customer convenience are not accepted.
If we make an exception and approve a return for an item that has no defect, damage, incorrect delivery, missing item, or difference from the product description, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered, missing, or different from the product description, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned due to customer convenience:
- Used items
- Items that cannot be resold after opening
- Gift cards
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items
- Sale items or final sale items
However, even for these items, if there is damage, a defect, incorrect delivery, missing items, or an issue where the item differs from the product description, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law may apply.
Refunds
After we receive the returned item, if a return is required, and inspect its condition, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing usually takes around 10 business days. Additional time may be required before the refund appears in your account, depending on processing times by your bank or credit card company.
